　　集团公司下设四个分公司，技术力量雄厚，其中工程师25人，助理工程师28人，技术员30人。是生产管件、法兰（锻件、弯头、三通、变径管）的专业厂家。公司的管件、法兰配套生产线12条，中频推制、机加工、冷成型热处理等工艺；具有专业的生产设备450台套，2500吨液压机、1800吨推制机与1500吨弯管焊制机、10吨锻锤法兰辗压机、4.5米双臂立车等，可煨制口径Ф2200mm弯头，推制DN1500mm、壁厚S=80mm的弯头，锻造工Ф4000mm的对焊法兰。年生产锻件2.3万余吨；管件2万余吨，管材7余万吨。具有化学分析、金相检验、物理实验、无损探伤等检验能力。可生产国际、国内标准的高、中、低压各种规格的不锈钢、合金钢、碳钢法兰、弯头、三通、异径管、大弯、承插件等系列管道元件产品，广泛用于化工、电力、石油、铝业、造船、压力容器，多年来取得了良好的信誉。 

    集团公司1999年通过ISO9002质量管理体系认证，2002年完成ISO9001：2000版转版，是中华人民共和国特种设备制造许可企业，中国化学工程总公司定点生产企业，国家电力公司电站配件供应网络成员，中国石油天然气集团炼化备品、备件网络成员，中国石油化工集团公司备品、备件网络成员、被河北省质量奖审定委员会和技术监督局历届评为 “ 河北省产品 ” 被中国农业银行河北省分行历年评为： “ AAA级信用企业 ” ， “ 金耀徳 ” 商标被河北省工商行政管理局认定为 “ 河北省著名商标 ” 。2006年10月份投资4600万元与技术监督局共同筹建具备实验能力的质量技术检测中心。

Hebei Jin Yao De Pipeline Co., Ltd. was founded in 1982, covering an area of 850,000 square meters with construction area of 260,000 square meters, fixed assets of 150 million yuan and 726 employees. The company is located in the "China elbow pipe capital", North Industrial Zone, Mengcun Autonomous County. Factory is in the east of Huanghua Bohai Bay, north of Beijing and Tianjin. The environment is superior and the transportation is convenient.

The Group has four branches and strong technical force including 25 engineers, 28 assistant engineers and 30 technicians. We are the professional manufacturers of pipe fittings, flanges (forgings, elbow, tee, reducer pipe). The company has 12 advanced production lines with complete sets of fittings, flanges. The skills of IF push system, machining, cold forming and heat treatment process are exquisite. We have 450 sets of professional production equipment including 2500 tons hydraulic machine, 1800 tons universal push system machine,1500 tons bend tube welded machine, 10 tons hammer flange rolling machine, 4.5m arms vertical lathe, can simmer largest caliber Ф2200mm elbow, push the system DN1500mm maximum wall thickness S = 80mm the elbow, forging work Ф4000mm welded flange. The annual production of forging is 2.3 million tons; fitting is more than 20,000 tons; pipe is more than 7 million tons. We also have the capabilities of chemical analysis, metallographic examination, physical experiment, NDT inspection. Our company can produce all kinds of productions such as stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, Big Bend, the plug series of pipeline components, with international and domestic standards high, medium and low. They are widely used in chemical, electric power, petroleum, aluminum, shipbuilding, pressure vessels. Over the years we have made a good reputation.
