群达模具始创于1994年5月，1998年成立了香港益群达实业有限公司和深圳市群达行精密模具有限公司。是深圳市政府授予的高新技术企业和自主创新型中小企业。公司核心企业群达行精密模具有限公司注册资本1008万元，拥有厂房和宿舍办公楼4万平方米，公司固定资产1.2亿元。公司旗下拥有精密模具、IMD、注塑三个产品事业部，员工1000多人, 年总产值二亿多元，其中生产出口为主的精密模具1000多套，年产值1.4亿元；生产手机镜片、高档电子电器等IML装饰板1000多万件，年产值8000多万元；生产注塑件5000吨，年产值6000万元。
