通州市华明塑料有限公司创建于1996年，是一家专业从事生产、印刷、销售各种PVC薄膜为主的科技型民营企业。位于中国江苏省通州市，距苏通大桥约10公里。目前公司占地面积近10万平方米，拥有员工300余人，其中专业技术、管理人员达30%。
多年来，公司不断引进台湾、德国的先进生产设备和技术、质量管理体系（产品质量均可达到国际标准）。其系列产品均以卓越品质和服务赢得广大客户的肯定与信赖，并远销意大利、印度、东南亚及欧美等国。
目前公司拥有七条进口生产线，年生产能力50000吨；主要从事生产透明、玩具、浴帘、雨衣、电工胶带、高档冷裱、车贴、装饰等聚氯乙烯（PVC）薄膜产品。

Tongzhou Huaming Plastic Co.,Ltd was founded in 1996, which is a specialized technical private enterprise for all kinds of PVC film and printed PVC film. Our company is located in Tongzhou city , Jiangsu province , only 10miles from the Sutong Bridge .The company covers an area of 100,000 square meters, has more than 300 staff, 30 percent of them are in charge of technology development and management.
During the past years, we have continued to introduce advanced production equipment and technology, quality management system from Taiwan and Germany . (The quality of products can meet international standards). Our products enjoy superior quality and first-class service to win customers certainty and trust, most of them are exported to Italy, India, Southeast Asia , Europe and the United States and other countries.
The company has seven production lines imported, the annual production capacity is 50,000 tons, mainly engaged in the production of super-transparent films,normal-transparent films, toys film, bath films, raincoat films, electrical tape films ,cold-laminating films,self adhensive films,the decorative films and so on .
