天津安彩和平电池有限公司成立于2003年3月，是由北京安彩科技风险投资有限公司与天津和平海湾电源集团有限公司共同发起成立，立足于新型绿色能源研发制造的高新技术企业。公司注册于天津高新技术产业园区，主要生产和经营各类氢镍电池、锂离子电池及其组合电池产品。我公司已通过英国劳氏ISO 9001：2000质量体系认证。公司产品通过了UL、CE安全认证和SGS环保认证。
公司现有建筑面积一万三千余平方米，员工500余人，拥有多名国内外的电池专家和一批电池研发、生产和管理的专业人才。
公司秉承转、严、硬、控、稳、精、新的管理理念，结合日本东芝的全自动化电池生产线及其生产工艺，使产品品质达到国内水平。现可生产AAA、AA、A、18等系列常规电池，以及SC、D、DF等动力型电池，并可根据客户要求进行多种形式组合。由于电池采用日本东芝生产技术制造，并按照东芝标准进行检测，从而保证了产品的高品质和一致性，能够满足各类用户的需求，特别是使用组合电池的用户。公司目前产品已经在民用、通讯、动力等诸多领域得到广泛应用，并已直接或间接与国内外众多企业建立了良好的合作关系，长期提供配套产品及OEM。公司电动车用动力电池、DVD电池已随整车或整机出口世界各地。

Tianjin Ancai Peace battery co., ltd was formed in March 2003. It is a joint-stock company between Beijing Ancai Hi-Tech Venture Capital Co., ltd, and Tianjin Peacebay power source group Co., ltd. It is a Hi-Tech enterprise, specialized in researching 、developing and commercializing of new green power source. This company registered in Tianjn Hi-Tech industrial park, engaged management and production of Ni/MH , Li-ion rechargeable batteries and batteries packs. Our company has been approved by Lloyd`s Register Quality Assurance lSO-9001:2000 ,all products have been approved by UL,CE,GSG ，ROHS.
Now company sesses buildings area of 13000 square meters, more than 300 staffs including famous profound specialists home and overseas, professional talents in R &D, production and management of batteries.
