同元国际（香港）有限公司——（简称“同元香港”）是山西同元实业集团有限公司的全资子公司，主要负责同元集团出口业务。山西同元实业集团有限公司成立于1999年，位于山西太原，是一家集钢材加工服务、销售、加固材料制造、物流配送、电子商务和投资管理为一体的综合性企业。
同元集团作为专业钢材供应商，是太钢一级代理商，太钢战略合作伙伴，首钢、济钢、包钢等国内大型钢厂的一级代理商及长期战略合作伙伴，分别在上海、无锡、徐州、济南、青岛、太原等地设有钢材加工服务销售机构，有自己的库存和加工设备；在新乡设有加固材料制造基地；是高强钢、彩涂、纯铁、铝材、铜材、硅钢、不锈钢供应商，尤其太钢不锈钢、硅钢，在太原设有库存，随时可以硅钢、不锈钢出口，以满足客户需求；同元集团是专业加工企业，在济南、青岛、徐州投资兴建了年加工钢材140万吨，具有国际先进水平的钢材加工中心；在美国、德国、越南、香港等地设有办事处和分公司。
