Hydraulic seals, pneumatic seals, solenoid valves, booster oil  cylinder are used the well-known foreign brand products including parts of native brands.  Control system used Siemens PLC, Omron, Schneider and other famous brands electrical  components, it makes the machine performance more stable and easy to operate. The whole  body  of company is adopted precision , heat treatment, stress relief  annealing,  natural aging processing and so on to eliminate  stress, to ensure that  the  performance and prevent deformation; the pneumatic press bed is adopted the  spheroidal graphite iron(QT450)and ensuring the  performance by different kinds  of essential heat treatments.

Our company has a professional engaged in the design of hydraulic machine ,processing and  maintenance service technical team. electrical and mechanical structure and the hydraulic  control system designed by us independently. and use the modern optimization design theory  and analysis software for the structural analysis and optimal design, complete all the  products mechanical processing independently. we also design and manufacture all kinds of  special non-standard machines and tooling according to customer's demand.
